Pentecost Outpouring- Sunday, June 5, 2022

May 28, 2022

For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory.
of the LORD as the waters cover the sea. Habakkuk 2:14

“I will pour out My Spirit…” We celebrate the coming of the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost with a bi-lingual service of worship at 11:00 am June 5th. Next to the coming of Christ at His nativity, His resurrection and ascension into Heaven, the coming of the Holy Spirit upon the 120 brothers gathered in Jerusalem, is by far the most far-reaching appearance of our Lord and Savior and marks the birthday of the Church. The Church was born by God’s power, through the testimony of Peter and the Apostles, as they spoke in languages they had not learned, people heard them speaking in their own language. Hearing the Word of God, repentant believers bowed in baptism and received the gift of the Holy Spirit. The dispersion of tongues at the Tower of Babel was reversed. The gathering together of tribes and nations began this day as a result. You are welcome to join us in praise to the Father for His wonderful grace and mercy.
